**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:Develop engaging and informative video lessons covering a wide range of topics relevant to JEE and NEET.
- Create practice problems, quizzes, and mock tests to reinforce learning.
- Produce high-quality video content, including editing, graphics, and sound.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest syllabus changes and exam trends.
- **Student Engagement**:Respond to student comments, questions, and messages in a timely and helpful manner.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
- Encourage student participation through live Q&A sessions, polls, and discussions.
- **Channel Growth**:Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing channel subscribers and views.
- Promote the channel through social media and other online platforms.
- Analyze channel performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Medicine.
- Proven experience as a JEE/NEET tutor or mentor.
- Strong understanding of the JEE and NEET syllabus and exam patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience creating educational content for online platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing.
- Experience with live streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube Live, Twitch).
