**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage, monitor, and maintain ERP systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations.
- Coordinate with various departments for data accuracy, ERP module functionality, and reporting requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day data processing tasks, backups, and system security.
- Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of IT hardware, software, and networks across the plant.
- Troubleshoot ERP, hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Liaise with external ERP/software vendors for implementation, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Implement and enforce IT and data security policies across all systems.
- Provide user support, training, and guidance to employees on ERP modules and system use.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics as per management requirements.
- Manage IT asset inventory and ensure timely maintenance and replacement of equipment.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Science or B.Sc./MCA with relevant specialization.
- **Experience**: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in an industrial setup, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, or similar platforms).
- Good knowledge of networking, server management, system backups, and cybersecurity practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
