**Job Title: Quality Inspector**
**Location: Malegaon, Sinner, Nashik**
**Vacancies**: 5Nos
**Experience**: 1-2Years
**Qualification**: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) / Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor **Control Plans** to ensure consistent quality and process stability.
- Prepare and maintain process-related **documentation** in line with industry and customer requirements.
- Interpret and analyze **technical drawings** and specifications for process planning.
- Conduct **Why-Why Analysis** and root cause analysis for process and quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety norms, and quality protocols.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of machining and manufacturing processes
- Proficient in **drawing reading and interpretation**:

- Hands-on experience with **process documentation and control plans**:

- Knowledge of **problem-solving tools** like Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, etc.
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
