Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist students and clients
- Provide information regarding overseas education options, visa procedures and services offered.
- Schedule appointments with counselors and follow up on leads
- Maintain polite and professional communication at all times
- Work closely with the counseling and documentation teams for lead conversion

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi
- Good Listening skills and the ability to handle client queries with patience and clarity.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Hindi, English (preferred)
