Merchandiser

You drive profitable net sales by setting up the strategies for assortments, right forecasting, ensure stock availability and achieve sell through. You analyze the sales and stock data, identify key trends, develop insights, and make data-driven recommendations to the relevant stake holders.

**Stock Management**:

- Utilize sales history, seasonality, and lead times to establish reorder points and quantities that prevent stockouts while maintaining lean inventory levels.
- Plan and activate discount campaigns to drive sales, improve conversion rates, and clear out excess inventory.

**Drive Sales & Profit**:

- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor sales performance: Monitor sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify any changes in trends or patterns. Use this information to take informed business decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

**Financial Planning & Budgeting**:

- Set quantified goals together with the team based on current selling forecast, past performance, and assortment beliefs in accordance with local relevance.
- Review financial reports, including P&L, Sales pieces projections, and other performance analyses, and align stakeholders and resources accordingly.
