**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver **UI Front-End Development** training programs for students and professionals.
- Teach front-end technologies including **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript**.
- Provide hands-on training on **React.js, Angular, or Vue.js** and state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
- Guide students in building real-world projects and assignments.
- Teach responsive design principles, UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Explain version control systems like **Git, GitHub, or GitLab** and package managers (npm, yarn).
- Introduce API consumption using **RESTful APIs and GraphQL**.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and coding challenges to track student progress.
- Provide mentorship, resolve queries, and offer career guidance in front-end development.
- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and incorporate them into training modules.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, including slides, documentation, and sample code.
- Deliver both online and offline training sessions as per company requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Strong expertise in**: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as **React.js, Angular, or Vue.js**.
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like **SASS or LESS**.
- Experience with debugging tools and browser developer tools.
- Understanding of front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite) and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like **Jest, Mocha, or Cypress** (preferred).
- Experience in delivering technical training, workshops, or mentoring.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to break down complex concepts and make learning engaging.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **2+ years of experience in front-end development** and **1+ year in training/mentorship**.
- Experience conducting both classroom and online training sessions.
- Exposure to LMS (Learning Management Systems) and training platforms.

- Patience and adaptability to different learning speeds.
- Passion for mentoring and helping students succeed in the tech industry.

Pay: ₹333,797.73 - ₹1,806,287.81 per year
