Key Responsibilities:
1. Bookkeeping and Accounting:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and handle cash flow management.

2. Tax Compliance:

- Ensure timely filing of GST returns and TDS compliance.
- Prepare and verify GST input/output details and manage GST refunds/adjustments.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and quarterly filings.

3. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate and analyze MIS reports as required by management.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.

4. Audit Support:

- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

5. Vendor & Payroll Management:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Process employee salaries, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP and related accounting software.
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and overall tax regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
