**About the Role**:
Vapsoft Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a **highly skilled and experienced Japanese Language Trainer** to conduct **onsite training** sessions for a batch of **50 corporate professionals**. The training will focus on **reading, writing, and comprehension** in Japanese (Kanji, Hiragana, and Katakana).

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic corporate upskilling initiative.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct structured, in-person training sessions for Japanese reading and writing.
- Develop and deliver customized learning content for professionals.
- Evaluate learner performance through regular assessments.
- Share feedback reports and progress metrics with the management.
- Maintain a professional, engaging, and interactive training environment.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Proficiency in Japanese Language (JLPT N2 level or higher preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Japanese (corporate or academic).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and teach large groups effectively in a classroom setting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certified trainer with prior corporate or institutional training exposure.
- Experience in curriculum planning and execution.
- Familiarity with professional etiquette and cross-cultural teaching methods.
