**Responsibilities**:

- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitor the performance of employees and provide feedback as needed.
- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary to enhance productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs within the workforce and coordinate training programs.
- Provide guidance and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess training effectiveness.
- **Conflict Resolution**:

- Address conflicts and grievances among team members promptly and effectively.
- Mediate disputes and facilitate resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Implement disciplinary actions when required, in line with company policies.
- **Manpower Management**:

- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for new employees.
- Assess manpower requirements and make recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to employment.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and address them promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of workforce activities, including attendance, performance, and incidents.
- Prepare reports and analysis on workforce metrics for management review.
- Provide regular updates to management on workforce-related issues and initiatives.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
