Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist
- **Daily Content Creation and Posting**:

- Create and post engaging content daily across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora).
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- **Graphic Design Proficiency**:

- Use Canva or similar graphic design tools to create visually appealing posts.
- Design graphics, infographics, and other visual content to support posts.
- **Social Media Marketing Tools**:

- Utilize social media marketing tools for scheduling, analytics, and optimization.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns to refine strategies.
- **Follower Growth**:

- Develop and implement strategies to organically increase followers on all platforms.
- Engage with the audience to build community and foster relationships.
- **Content Promotion**:

- Promote content organically on free platforms.
- Leverage relevant social media trends and hashtags to increase visibility.
- **Blog and Website Content Development**:

- Develop high-quality content for blogs to be posted on the company's website.
- Collaborate with the team to create content that aligns with the company's goals and target audience.
- Additional advantage: Develop content for the website, including landing pages, product descriptions, and more.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or similar.
- Knowledge of social media marketing tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
