**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver comprehensive mathematics lessons that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress in mathematics.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to guide their learning and academic development.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage student behavior effectively, enforcing school policies and promoting a culture of respect and cooperation.
- **Individualized Instruction**:

- Identify individual student needs and provide differentiated instruction to support their academic growth and achievement.
- Offer additional support or enrichment activities as needed to ensure all students reach their full potential.
- **Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum, share best practices, and enhance the overall quality of instruction.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of current trends and research in mathematics education.
- **Parent and Stakeholder Communication**:

- Maintain open and proactive communication with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Attend parent-teacher conferences and respond to parent inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**:

- Participate in extracurricular activities, such as math clubs, competitions, or tutoring sessions, to enrich the mathematics learning experience for students.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master's degree in Mathematics or related field, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
- Previous experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level is preferred.
- Strong content knowledge and pedagogical expertise in mathematics instruction.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process through innovative and interactive teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance instruction and facilitate learning (e.g., interactive whiteboards, educational software).
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development in the field of mathematics education.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
