You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to go abroad for Overseas Education. You must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a brief will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. - The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele. - Providing counselling to the students for overseas education Such as choosing a country, level of education (UG, PG, Masters) as well as career planning. - Keep yourself posted on various study abroad programs offered by colleges and universities and use the same to assist the students. - Relations with clients and schools and colleges, Identify and establish sources of strategic alliances and partnerships. - Conduct and attend events (online as well as in person) to interact with positive students. And provide them the genuine services and guidance on Overseas education. - Help to find the institution according to the budgets and visa possibilities. 2 **Roles & Responsibilities** - Cold call people and the Positive Leads given to you using a given phone directory to invite prospective clients to meet and have a conversation on Abroad Studies. - Answer incoming calls from prospective customers. - Use scripts to provide information about our service and the whole Admission process from the Initial stage to Departure / Accommodations everything. - Pre-counsel clients by asking pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements and there needs of Institutions and the Country. - Persuade the customer to agree on the next steps by demonstrating how the services meet their needs. - Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation. - Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. - Organize Educational Events and manage the things accordingly. - Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information. - Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future. - Following up on previous customers for potential sales and getting references. **Requirements and Skills** - Proven experience as a counselor or related sales/ customer service role. - Proven record of accomplishment of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably Online and offline. 3 - Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software, Word, Excel) and telephone systems - Excellent verbal communication skills - Proficient in English - Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints. - Persistent and results-oriented - Patient and able to handle customer rejection - High school diploma: BS/Ba is a plus. - A commitment to excellent customer service. - Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and internal stakeholders. - Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. outlook. - Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
