Content Writer

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Create well-researched, SEO-driven & high-quality content
- Embrace industry best practices to write content that aligns with the brand’s style guide and business objectives
- Collaborate with the content & SEO team to generate relevant content ideas
- Work closely with the editorial team to ensure timely content delivery
- Edit content in line with the brand’s content guidelines
- Provide strategic writing for all types of blogs, scripts, landing pages, etc.
- Handle Writer Interns, Distribute, Review & Publish blogs

**Qualifications**:

- Impeccable writing skills in English
- Proven expertise in creating high-quality content
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strict adherence to the brand’s style guide and policies
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using tools Google docs, Microsoft Word, etc.,
- Ability to understand each topic thoroughly to create authoritative content
- All-round consistency [style, content structure, and tone]
- Fundamental understanding of SEO and keyword research
- Skilled in editing content with attention to detail
- Top-notch interpersonal skills
- Real Estate Industry knowledge is preferred

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram - 695004, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
