As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually stunning and immersive 3D environments for various events and conferences. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and production teams to bring innovative and captivating designs to life. This role requires a strong understanding of event production, spatial design, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools.

**Responsibilities**:
**Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand their vision, objectives, and requirements for events and exhibitions.**

Develop creative and innovative 3D designs, layouts, and renderings that effectively communicate the desired event experience.

**Create detailed floor plans, booth designs, stage setups, and spatial arrangements using 3D modeling software.**

Integrate branding elements lighting, textures, and visual effects to enhance the overall visual impact of the event design.

**Collaborate with production teams, including fabricators, technicians, and scenic artists, to ensure accurate implementation of designs.**

Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in event design and 3D visualization.

**Provide technical support and guidance throughout the production process to ensure the successful execution of the design.**

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, audiovisual specialists, and marketing teams, to ensure design consistency and alignment with overall event objectives.**

Attend client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and address any client feedback or revisions.

Qualifications:
**Bachelor's degree or equivalent in 3D design, architecture, or a related field.**

Proven experience as a 3D Designer, preferably in the events and conferences industry.

**Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software (such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Cinema 4D) and rendering software (such as V-Ray).**

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually compelling 3D designs and event environments.

**In-depth understanding of event production processes, spatial design principles, and technical aspects of 3D visualization.**

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

**Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.**

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Knowledge of graphic design principles and software tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.**

Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to support event installations and on-site coordination.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
