**Position**: Full-time (Freshers and Experienced)

**Job Description**:
A Back Office Assistant provides administrative support and ensures smooth office operations. Responsibilities include:

- **Data Entry & Management**: Organizing and maintaining records, managing databases.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
- **Document Handling**: Preparing and filing documents, processing invoices.
- **Office Support**: Maintaining office supplies, assisting with office tasks.
- **Customer Support**: Assisting clients or customers with their inquiries.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: 12th pass or equivalent (higher education preferred).
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), good communication skills, and attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to multitask and work in a team.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
