We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 3D Interior Designer| Architect. As a 3D artist, you will be responsible for producing stunning visual content through the creation of still and animated images using cutting-edge computer graphics technology. Your role will involve crafting 3D models of interior spaces, products, and scenes while efficiently managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize 3D modeling, texture mapping and other advanced techniques to produce high-quality graphics and animations.
- Understand project specifications and brainstorm innovative ideas to meet creative objectives.
- Solicit feedback from directors, animators, designers, and clients, and implement necessary edits based on received comments.
- Review 3D arts and provide constructive recommendations for enhancements.
- Troubleshoot any challenges that may arise during project development.
- Conduct meetings with clients, Designers, and Directors to discuss, review, and refine projects and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and successfully completed projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including 3D’s Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Lumion.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Willingness to stay abreast of the latest creative software and hardware developments.
- Knowledge of commercial layouts.
