**Air Liquide India caters to an expanding merchant market network to which it supplies Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen, Helium and Specialty gases, through various supply systems - pipelines, tankers, cylinders, on-site plants or other specialized modes, depending on the product, location, and customer needs**

**Missions and Responsibilities**

Mission Statement:_**

The mission of The Production In-Charge(PIC) is to oversee all daily operations of the plant from production, Product Laboratory to ensuring policies and procedures are followed and meeting customers requirements. The develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity. Oversee adherence to quality, safety and statutory guidelines with the objective of running smooth and efficient operations of CFS.
- To ensure Zero Fatality & Zero accident at site.
- To monitor plant Safety permanence in line with Safety Score card & required actions for Improvement
- Reporting all Act-In cards, Unsafe acts & conditions, incidents & accidents.
- Investigation of RCA required incidents/accidents & closer identified actions in time.
- To arrange Annual Fire Fighting, Hydrant System, First Aid & Safety training for plant staff.
- To ensure weekly safety Talk, Driver’s weekly meeting, monthly Safety meeting & weekly Incident tracker meeting & closer of identified actions under his /her responsibility.
- To ensure no environmental pollution & no harm to our plant staff, neighboring Industries, Society & to the environment due to our plant Operation & business.
- To ensure Site Safety & Security Management at all times & capability to attend, address & resolve the upcoming issues under his/her responsibility.
- Coordinate with HO HSE, HR, Administration, Road Safety & Line Manager to ensure safe plant operation.
- To ensure to conduct CSR activities at site driven by Organization.

**Competencies and Profile** Job Requirements - Educational Qualification & Basic Competencies**:

- Professional diploma/ degree in chemical / petrochemical with 7-8 years of experience in the gas industry with experience in managing Cylinder filling stations.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong team player
- Adaptability work effectively in complex and ambiguous situations
- Flexibility, working at times in ambiguity, while still maintaining positivity
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written; proven experience of establishing, maintaining and developing working relationships at all levels
- Oral and written fluency in English
