**Description**:
**Experience**
- 8 years of experience in Pega and Pega Certified Product Engineer
- Pega Lead Product Engineer playing upto Architect/ CSSA Certification is highly desirable
- Understanding of large and complex code bases, including design techniques
- Experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for financial sector
- System design and implementation, Experience in Integration Services of PRPC Rule Connects/Services, developing activities, PRPC User Interface development and implementation of Declarative Processing features

**Technical Skills**
- Experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X Experience is mandatory
- Should have knowledge on API and JSON to support integration
- Software development experience with Java/JavaScript and good understanding of micro services and Big Data architecture is a plus

**Functional Skills**
- Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
- Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies

**Soft Skills**
- Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
- Self motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
- Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
