Female Sales Executive (Work from Office)

**Location**: Chennai

**Employment Type**: Full-time (Work from office)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Existing Customer Follow-up:
Regularly follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, provide updates on products, and maintain relationships.

2. Lead Generation:
Identify potential leads through various sources and convert them into sales opportunities.

3. Add New Customers:
Expand the customer base by reaching out to potential clients and promoting the company's products and services.

4. Cold Calling:
Proactively call prospective customers to introduce products, explain features and benefits, and schedule meetings or demonstrations.

5. Payment Follow-up:
Keep track of customer payments and coordinate with the accounts department for timely collection.

Skills Required:
Fluency in English, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but freshers are encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: Based on experience and performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
