Opening for Jr. Microbiologist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, finished goods and water samples.
- Perform environmental monitoring and ensure hygiene standards are maintained in production areas.
- Support the team in shelf-life studies by monitoring microbiological quality over specified time periods.
- Document and report test results accurately, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring all tools are calibrated and in good working condition.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and all safety protocols to minimize contamination risks.
- Assist in investigating and resolving any microbial-related quality issues, proposing corrective actions where needed.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control and Production teams to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in laboratory documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
