**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled in **Onco Surgeon**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Clinical Responsibilities**:

- Perform advanced surgical procedures for cancer patients, including mínimally invasive techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on the latest research and clinical guidelines.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups to ensure optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive cancer care.

**Leadership & Administration**:

- Lead and manage the Surgical Oncology Department, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and standards.
- Mentor and train junior consultants, residents, and surgical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in surgical oncology.
- Participate in departmental strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Establish and maintain protocols and best practices to improve patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.

**Education & Research**:

- Contribute to the education of medical students, residents, and fellows through lectures, workshops, and hands-on training.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in surgical oncology through continuous education and participation in relevant conferences.
- Engage in clinical research projects aimed at improving surgical techniques and cancer treatment protocols.

**Patient and Community Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with patients and their families, providing compassionate care and support throughout the treatment journey.
- Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about cancer prevention, screening, and treatment options.

**Working Conditions**:

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
