As a telephonic concierge and primary point of contact to the financial institution's high-value customers, you will provide excellent customer service and address inquiries on deposits and money market accounts. Additionally, you will assist customers with payment investigations, maintenance requests, fulfillment requests, and fee reversals. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external clients and various departments to resolve issues, respond to client inquiries, and fulfill customer requests. You will also ensure that service expectations are met and maintain a comprehensive understanding of applicable products and services, including educating customers about financial offerings. As part of your responsibilities, you may participate in client loyalty processes, business reviews, and provide referrals for new and additional services. Other related duties may be assigned as needed.

**Requirements**:
General knowledge, skills, and abilities are required for this role. A bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business or equivalent vocational/on-the-job training is preferred. This position is at a developing support level where you will follow established procedures and receive detailed instruction on new tasks.
