Reservation Executive

**Description**
- Speak politely to guest enquiries.
- Follow etiquettes while communicating with guests.
- Communication with Patients/Guests via mail and Phone.
- Checking social media handles for enquiries.
- Convert enquiries to Bookings.
- Make reservations/confirmations based on availabilty.
- Coordinate and make arrangements for Guest pickups and drops.
- Be in good rapport with other departments.

**Requirements**:

- Any degree
- Excellent communication in English
- Ability to converse in a pleasant, polite manner over the Phone.
- Prefers experience in Reservations/Front office department.
- Familiarity in using hotelier softwares.
- Ability to communicate Hindi will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
