Sperta is committed to revolutionising the education and human capital sectors, tackling the diverse challenges faced by students, educational institutions, and businesses in today's fast-changing environment. **Designation**: Education counsellor - International Education **Location**: Mumbai **Experience**: 0 - 2 years **Qualification**: Graduate (Year of Passing 2020 - 2024) **Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 plus performance linked Bonus **Note**: 5 days working **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Create, conduct, and update reports in Excel (Pipeline, Opportunities report). - Compile presentations to aid management meetings. - Act as a liaison between students, admissions, and various collaborative partners. - Provide research and analytical data to the management regularly. - Manage partner accounts and produce performance reports. - Conduct follow-up activities for better conversion and revenue generation. - Support with innovative ideas for better brand outreach. **Requirements**: - Graduate with excellent communication skills (Freshers or Experienced). - Ability to interact in multicultural contexts and environments. - Strong planning skills with self-starter attitude and collaborative working capability. - Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload with competing deadlines. - Result oriented individuals. - Teamwork and cross-functional work propensity. - Strong problem-solving skills and works with integrity. - Flexibility to learn new skills and highly motivated towards higher education. **What We Offer**: We pride ourselves on providing a collaborative and enriching global work environment.
