**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on visa requirements, regulations, and procedures for various countries.
- Provide support to the sales team by advising on visa-related matters for travel packages and itineraries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in visa processing, immigration services, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of visa regulations and procedures for different countries is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
