Overview:
PepsiCo is seeking an experienced and visionary AI Architect to lead the design and governance of AI-driven solutions across platforms such as ServiceNow, Process Automation, and Process Discovery. This role will be instrumental in shaping the enterprise AI architecture, ensuring alignment with PepsiCo’s strategic goals, and driving innovation through scalable, secure, and efficient AI solutions.

As a key member of the architecture team, you will collaborate with Global Enterprise Architecture, represent use cases on the AI Council, and work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust AI architectures that adhere to enterprise standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and maintain the enterprise AI architecture, with a focus on integration across ServiceNow, automation platforms, and discovery tools.
- Lead the design and review of AI use cases, ensuring architectural alignment, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Represent the architecture function on the AI Council, presenting and defending proposed AI use cases for review and approval.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into efficient, enterprise-compliant AI solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams on AI model integration, orchestration, and deployment strategies.
- Ensure AI solutions meet performance, security, and governance requirements across platforms.
- Stay current with advancements in LLMs, agentic AI, and AI orchestration frameworks, and assess their applicability within PepsiCo’s ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including reference architectures, design patterns, and integration blueprints.
- Promote architectural excellence and mentor teams on AI best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience working with AI models (e.g., ML, NLP, computer vision).
- 3+ years of experience in AI architecture, including solution design and platform integration.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, especially in the context of AI and automation platforms.
- Experience working with platforms such as ServiceNow, RPA tools, Process Discovery, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Proven ability to collaborate with enterprise architecture teams and align solutions with global standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with AI governance, model lifecycle management, and ethical AI practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications in AI/ML, cloud architecture, or enterprise architecture are a plus.
