**2) Job Purpose**

Plan & Ensure the optimum output with standard quality norms as per Sales program given by PPC. Help subordinates to achieve targeted production and maintain discipline and working environment of the section. Optimum resources utilization.

**3) Principal Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Coordination with Grey Section team and Section Heads of B&R and OTC to increase OTIF.

2. Ensure optimum resources utilization as per budget.

3. Feedback to HOD about working of wet section, challenges and improvement scope.

**4) Principal Accountabilities**

**Accountability -**

**Production Output** - Coordination with PPC team and Section Heads of B&R and OTC to increase OTIF. Ensure systematic planning and execution for better output.

**Lead Time** - Ensure optimum WIP and minimum lead time for every quality.

**Development **- See improvement scope in connection of cost saving and quality work and plan to implement them. Proper feedback to Stenter in charge, and Section Heads of B&R and OTC for quality improvement. Explore new method and working for improvement

**Department Discipline - **Ensure well discipline and working environment in the Department

**Machine Health - **Coordination with engineering team for Preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and modification for development.

**Cost saving **- Proper manpower utilization according to work load and capacity. Take cost saving initiative with new method and improvement.

**Training to Subordinates - **Provide training to his team for quality work

**5) Education & Work Experience Required**

**Education**:Diploma & BE in Textile

**Work Experience**:Minimum 7 years in industry (2 Years minimum at mid-level position)

**Skills Required**:People management, Leadership skill, Problem solving skill, Various wet processing techniques

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

- Bhiwani, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- têxtile: 2 years (preferred)
