Job Title: MIS Engineer

( EPC Project Site Daily Report Data Collection and MIS Analyst)

Job Location: Mahim, Mumbai

Experience required: Min 2 - 4 year in EPC Company (Railway electrification OHE / Transmission line)

Key Responsibilities: Data Collection: Coordinate EPC construction sites regularly to collect daily reports, including progress updates, project status, resource utilization, billing details, and any relevant data. Collaborate with site personnel, supervisors, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely data retrieval. Data Validation and Entry: Review collected data for accuracy and completeness, and ensure it adheres to established standards. Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, or other data management tools. Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas requiring immediate attention. Use data to track project performance against established milestones and KPIs.

MIS Report Generation: Develop or maintain MIS templates for reporting purposes. Consolidate collected data into MIS reports, presenting key findings, insights, and recommendations. Ensure reports are clear, concise, and visually appealing for management. Presentation to Management: Regularly present MIS reports to senior management and key stakeholders. Effectively communicate insights, project status, and performance metrics to assist decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data collection processes, data quality, and report generation efficiency. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement process improvements.

Qualifications:
B.E. / B.Tech.(Preferable Electrical).

Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and report generation.

Proficiency in data management tools such as Microsoft Excel, databases, Google spreadsheets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

This job is vital for ensuring that management receives accurate and timely information about EPC site operations, allowing them to make informed decisions, monitor progress, and address any issues that may arise during project execution.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
