**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Support the finance and accounting teams by providing Workday solutions that streamline operations.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering innovative solutions that impact society positively.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday technologies including Workday Studio and Workday Reports.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey technical information.
- Have a good understanding of domain skills in Devices/SPM and Finance & Accounting.
- Show proficiency in hybrid work models adapting to both in-office and remote work environments.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
