Please find below the detailed job description: Educational Qualification: - M.Phil in Clinical Psychology Years of Experience: - M.Phil in Clinical Psychology will also do. ( 1 to 2 years experience post M.Phil) **Salary**: - As per Industry Standards Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct client screening to identify psychological, emotional or behavioural issues in clients while screening clients. Develop and implement treatment plans, therapeutic strategies, etc. - Help clients define goals and plan action to achieve personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment. - Coordinate with client’s families. - Work as a client manager to coordinate internally for all needs of client. - Monitor client progress through regular meetings or sessions. - Conduct research and use the latest standardized psychological/educational screening & diagnostic tests tools. - Involve self in multi-disciplinary report discussions, reviews, case discussions and report directly to Client care/outreach. - Support in implementing processes for clinical operations and quality standards at the centre. - Confidential record maintenance of all standardized tests or screening reports of each client. Maintain client demographics. - Write articles, interact with journalists for articles to be published in newspapers, on social media, MPower’s content library. - Supervise interns to ensure that their project is executed as planned and encourage learning along the way. - Create modules for workshops to spread awareness and reach out with various programs for BITS. - Support and provide inputs in content sourcing and development for workshops, social media platforms, web-sites, etc. - Collaborate with the functional teams and Mpower’s strategy to increase the number of lives touched. - Connect with the medical and mental health fraternity to represent MPower and contribute in increasing the number of referrals at Mpower. - Coordinate and lead all internal communication with BITS Management for day to day smooth operation of the cell. - Participate and represent MPower in various events/programs organised by BITS. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Application Question(s): - Have you completed M.Phil in Clinical Psychology?
