**Job Description for Accounts Executive**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions like accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly/yearly company level P&L statement
- Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
- Work closely with our CA for return filing and GST
- Collate and share the TDS data with our external teams
- Create invoice for our clients and share with them on daily basis
- Maintenance of company’s financial record for auditing purpose
- B.Com degree required
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Good verbal and written communication
- Tally ERP 9 knowledge required

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
