**Job Description: IRCTC Delivery Boy at Chandigarh Railway Station**

**Job Title**: IRCTC Delivery Boy
**Location**: Chandigarh Railway Station
**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month
**Duty Hours**: 10 hours per day
**Qualification Required**: 10th or 12th Pass
**Age Requirement**: 18 years and above

**Responsibilities**:

- **Food Delivery**: Deliver pre-ordered food items to passengers on trains and at the station.
- **Order Collection**: Pick up food from designated IRCTC kitchens or partner vendors.
- **Customer Interaction**: Politely interact with passengers and ensure correct order delivery.
- **Timely Service**: Ensure deliveries are completed promptly as per train schedules.
- **Cash Handling**: Collect cash payments (if required) and provide receipts.
- **Digital Payments**: Accept payments through UPI or other digital modes.
- **Hygiene & Safety**: Maintain hygiene while handling food and follow safety guidelines.
- **Reporting**: Report any issues with orders or deliveries to the supervisor.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic communication skills (Hindi/Punjabi/English preferred)
- Time management and punctuality
- Customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones for order tracking
