**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Audit Management**:

- Lead statutory, tax, internal, and management audit assignments for clients across industries.
- Plan and execute audit strategies in accordance with applicable standards (Ind AS, IGAAP, IFRS, etc.).
- Supervise fieldwork, guide team members, and ensure timely completion of assignments.

**Client Handling**:

- Act as a key point of contact for clients during audits.
- Understand client operations, risk areas, and provide insights and value-added recommendations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

**Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure audits comply with ICAI, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare and review working papers, financial statements, audit reports, and other documentation.
- Identify control weaknesses and propose corrective measures.

**Team Leadership**:

- Guide and mentor junior audit staff and articles.
- Review team deliverables and provide timely feedback.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and team skill development.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Support partners and senior management in business development efforts.
- Stay updated on regulatory and industry changes.
- Participate in internal training and process improvement initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
