Yuva Rural Association (YRA) is a registered society functioning from Nagpur. YRA has turned 18 years old now and continues to work hard for the development of the rural & tribal poor.

**Research Interns Profile.**

As a **Research intern**, it's your job to assist your senior or Coordinators, with a multitude of tasks. Your should include conducting research, compiling data, implementing ideas, helping write papers and submit report.

**Task**:

- Study & Manage donor base research and assist to prepare grant proposals.
- Manage social media publications to spread awareness and notifications on Facebook.
- Develop a log-in system for existing state and central government schemes map-related research through the websites of different ministries.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on NGO & communities’ role in achieving the sustainable development goals.
- Assist in the organization of conferences, workshops, or other events.
- Contribute to designing of initiatives, projects, or programs.
- Prepare relevant communications materials (formats for various studies, speeches, brochures, success stories, social media materials, etc.).
- Collaborate on the development and execution of online content (images, infographics, videos, blogs, etc.) and campaigns delivered across various social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Other relevant tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
- Have your intern interview the major departments and create a master FAQ and document that explains the different acronyms and concepts that outsiders may not know.
- It’s important to be able to build and maintain relationships and be the kind of person team members want in the office with them every day.
- Participating in the preparation of research studies and documents, Carrying out research and reviews of existing materials, Collecting, organizing and analyzing data, Contributing to the production of documents, working papers and publications resulting from the above activities, including drafting notes and preparing technical annexes.
- Participating in meetings and seminars.

Contributing to the organization of events, communication, planning and evaluation.
- Research on Donor Announcement Websites to make the database.

**Salary**: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
