**Job Summary**

Connecting Dots ERP, a leading provider of ERP and SAP training solutions, is hiring an **experienced SAP MM Trainer** to deliver engaging offline training sessions in Pune.
This **freelance role** is perfect for professionals passionate about sharing knowledge, mentoring students, and helping them build successful careers in SAP.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **SAP MM training sessions** (3 classes per week, offline).
- Teach **SAP MM fundamentals, configuration, and real-time implementation concepts**.
- Provide **hands-on exercises** and ensure trainees gain practical skills.
- Support trainees through doubt-clearing sessions and continuous guidance.
- Customize teaching methods to meet learner needs and group dynamics.

**Requirements**:

- 3-8 years of **hands-on SAP MM experience**.
- Strong understanding of **SAP MM processes and configurations**.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior **training or mentoring experience** preferred.
- Ability to conduct **interactive and practical sessions** effectively.

**Schedule**
- **Mode**: Offline (In-person, Pune)
- **Frequency**: 3-4 classes per week
- **Duration**: ~1.5 hours per batch/session
- **Shift**: Morning or Evening (Monday to Friday)
- **Weekend availability** may be required
