**Key Responsibilities**
- **Counselling and Guidance**:

- Provide detailed information about the institution, available courses, admission requirements, and career prospects.
- Understand the academic and career goals of prospective students and recommend suitable programs.
- **Lead Management**:

- Follow up on inquiries generated through various channels (e.g., website, social media, referrals, events).
- Maintain an updated database of leads and track their progress through the admission funnel.
- **Application Assistance**:

- Assist students in completing admission forms and gathering required documentation.
- Guide applicants through the eligibility and selection process, ensuring compliance with admission policies.
- **Communication**:

- Host webinars, open houses, and counselling sessions to showcase institutional offerings.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and admissions team to execute promotional activities.
- Liaise with academic departments to stay updated on course offerings and admission criteria.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on the status of admissions and follow-ups.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
