**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and automate data and insights reports and dashboards using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI and other tools.
- Collaborate with business team to understand reporting needs and define metrics / KPIs
- Present findings and insights to senior leadership, making recommendations based on analysis
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation to verify the accuracy and completeness of data
- Identify opportunities to streamline existing reporting processes, reducing manual efforts through automation and optimization
- Develop documentations for reporting processes to ensure clarity and consistency
- Support strategic initiatives through data driven decision making
- Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities
- Ensure that all reporting and data management activities comply with company policies and data governance standards
- Keep abreast of industry regulations and standards, adopting reporting practices accordingly

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience
- This position requires excellent analytical and business strategy skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to present to business partners and/or leaders to gain approvals
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, reporting or visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience with a prior focus in financial services analytics
- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Self-starter who also has a demonstrated ability to work successfully in team environment and drive

**Education**:

- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
