The Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) Team is the IT Engine that delivers compelling and robust capabilities, products, and solutions to Kimberly-Clark’s (KC) business and IT by focusing on cost savings, business growth, as well as connecting with partners and customers. This role is part of Supply chain planning and forecasting team at KC. As part of this team, the Business Associate (BA) will support full horizon end-to-end integrated solutions, with a special focus on Inventory planning and supply planning. BA will be responsible for implementing and supporting Kinaxis or Blue Yonder (BY) related implementation projects or changes undertaken by the DTS organization.

Scope: - Scope involves working on either Kinaxis or BY Inventory planning and supply planning solution at Kimberly-Clark - Good understanding of Kinaxis or Blue Yonder solution footprint, with a deep knowledge of Inventory planning and supply planning solution - Ability to write and review functional specs, and provide inputs to enhance the quality of deliverables - Working experience of implementing Inventory planning solution for a large global manufacturer or CPG company - Ability to configure Inventory planning and supply planning solution of Blue Yonder or Kinaxis, and be able to implement solution with little support from solution owner - Ability to deliver in fast paced environments using agile methodologies - Works on development of interfaces, dashboards, reports, and tools that are of highest quality and meet business objectives - Conducts/Facilitates end-user training workshops on Kinaxis or BY solutions - Setup and coordinate user acceptance testing, and support final acceptance and critical phase sign-off by the business owners - Follows up on cases opened with BY or Kinaxis Support Services to help in resolving defects for the business - Communicate project risks and issues that may have a negative impact on the project schedule, scope or budget

Qualifications:
Education required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar fields
Tech Experience:
Soft Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in implementing supply chain solutions with expertise in Kinaxis or BY Inventory planning and supply planning solutions - Implementation experience and functional knowledge of supply planning and material planning systems and processes is desirable - Hand-on experience of integration between Kinaxis/BY and SAP S4 HANA is a plus - Product certifications are desirable
- Experience of collaborating with multiple cross-cultural teams spread across geographies to gather requirements, and for testing and delivery - Good time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines - Excellent team player & good communication skills - Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for business users and management
Work Location:
Bangalore, India
Travel may include approximately 10% to 30% of work time.
