**Key Responsibilities**:

- Basic knowledge of Electricals, Mechanical & utilities, familiar with working of machines, Machine Manuals understanding, ability to assess future problems. Inventory management skills, Planning, Work Management, Manpower handling, Analysis & Trouble shooting of break down.
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
- Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
- Create and implement maintenance procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities. Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
- Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
- Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
- Rotating Engineers in all the shifts for taking responsibilities of work, quick information & decision making.
- Prepared sheet for performance & conditions of all the machineries which are placed at open to sky or unheeded.
- Maintaining all the records regarding electricity
- Strictly working for finding root cause.
- Taking Preventive actions & corrective actions against the trouble. Making trouble shooting chart for ease the work.
- Making plan with co-ordination of production department for shut down time.
- Strictly supervision of Preventive, predictive & shut down maintenance.
- Providing trainings to down line for caring of assets.
- Managing the operation & maintenance of Utilities.
- Modify the spare which are available in India according to the calculation, Managing engineering store & spares of critical machineries.
- Managing operation of all the AHUs, Chillers & split Acs, PM, PDM of all the AHUs, Chillers & split Acs, Maintenance of ETP, DM plant, softener & RO plant, Managing shifts for boiler attendants, Managing boiler operation & Maintenance.
- Maintaining the documents like PM, history cards etc., Maintaining AMCs for various equipment’s., Maintaining legal documents for Electricity, Boiler etc., E-Waste sold & maintained the document., Maintain & doing calibration for various instruments.,
- Modification in equipment/area/piping done as required by production team., Shifting / installation of equipment as per requirements., repaired & installed., Maximum SS fabrication performed by ourselves.
- Effectively monitoring utility consumption & Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Reporting to AGM/GM/Director on critical issues for decision making.
- To assist production Asst. Manager /Manager on machinery issues/ spares/operating breakdown/trouble shorting
- Adhering (SOPs) & job safety analysis

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
