Operate computers and related office equipment to perform various administrative tasks.
- Input and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, databases, and other software programs.
- Monitor and maintain digital records of factory production, inventory, and other operational data.
- Assist in creating, updating, and organizing spreadsheets, presentations, and documents.
- Provide administrative support to various departments by coordinating with staff on data-related tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks and documentation.
- Troubleshoot basic software issues, assist team members with computer-related queries, and ensure smooth operation of computer systems.
- Follow up on requests and maintain proper data files and backups.
- Perform any other office-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a computer operator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with data entry, file management, and administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain multiple data systems.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for software and computer-related issues.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
