**Accountabilities**:
I. Deliver simplified & comprehensive Board Presentations on results along with detailed scorecards for the month & complete bridge vs plan to enable management identify hits and misses

III. Drive Compliance and Simplification to ensure proactive decision making

**Education Qualification**:
Chartered Accountant / MBA - Finance
