**Position Overview**
**Position Responsibilities**
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Working with the area leads you will help with the smooth running of the recruitment process.
- Manage data integrity of applicant tracking system and ensuring that all recruitment activity is via the system
- Managing the job approval process via the system
- Ensuring all roles are advertised, internally and externally as well as relevant jobsites
- Generate reports on specific HR metrics, as needed
- Ensuring the invoicing is processed correctly
- Working with HRBPs and the wider team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Building relationships with other recruitment co-ordinators to ensure that best practice is followed across the teams
**Qualifications**:
- Experience as a coordinator within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition function
- Aptitude to prioritise a high volume, fast changing workflow
- Self-motivated, organized, detailed-oriented and ability to work independently
- Strong sense of urgency
- Skilled relationship management skills and collaboration capability
- Ability to prioritise workload which is coming from several teams
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to continue career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
