IT Trainer

Training needs assessment: Identifying the skills needed to perform different roles and the gaps in learners' current skill levels
- Training program design: Developing training programs for beginners, intermediate, or advanced levels
- Training materials: Creating and maintaining training materials, such as handouts, manuals, videos, and exercises
- Training delivery: Delivering training programs in person or online
- Learning environment preparation: Preparing the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment
- Learner support: Supporting and coaching learners using various learning technologies
- Learner feedback: Collecting feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Training program development: Developing training based on course evaluations
- Knowledge and skill enhancement: Continuously enhancing their own knowledge and skills
- Networking: Developing networks to liaise with other IT trainers and similar professionals
- IT sector understanding: Continuing to refine their own understanding of the IT sector

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
