**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Copy Development**: Ideate, write, and proofread all in-app product copy as part of the product sprints, ensuring consistency and clarity in user-facing content.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product leads, designers, researchers, and developers to align on product features and user experience needs, providing clear and effective content solutions.
- **Iterative Writing**: Write swiftly and iteratively, balancing high-level strategic content (such as overarching product messaging) with micro-level detail (e.g., button copy, tooltips) to ensure clarity, precision, and coherence across all platforms.
- **UX Writing**: Leverage user research and insights to create compelling UX copy that enhances the user experience, reduces friction, and guides users seamlessly through the product journey.
- **Content Repurposing**: Strategically repackage and redeploy content across multiple formats and channels, ensuring the messaging is tailored to each audience while maintaining consistency in tone and voice.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Contribute to the overall content strategy by demonstrating how written elements are integral to a positive and desirable user experience, driving engagement and conversions.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with competitive trends and industry best practices to ensure all copy differentiates the product, attracts decision-makers, engages users, and ultimately leads them to success.

**Educational and Professional Requirement**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 **year of relevant experience** in copywriting or content creation, preferably within the IT services or software industry.
- Proven experience in writing for **tech products** or industries requiring clear and persuasive explanations of complex products and services.
- **Excellent communication skills**, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly to diverse audiences.
- **Meticulous attention to detail** and a high standard of quality in all written work.
- Strong **organizational skills**, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Self-motivated** with a proactive approach to contributing ideas, collaborating across teams, and continuously improving content quality.
