Service Advisor

**Responsibilities**: - To promote appointment system with the tools like advertising, signage, direct mailer and by educating walk in customers. - Ensure that the customers are acknowledged with a polite greeting. - To give an adequate explanation of the service work before it has begun. - To write an accurate description of customers requests using the customers own words. - To inspect customer’s vehicles for pre-existing damage and additional work required using walk-around diagram in the reception process. - To obtain customers authorization by having the customer signs the repair order. - To identify the re-repair or waiting customers on the repair order. - Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customer’s needs and accurate repair order preparation. - Ensure vehicle cleanliness through use of vehicle protection material (seat covers, floor mats etc). - Highlighting & inspecting the prime items. Ensure prime items are attended satisfactorily. - Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes to cost and completion times & necessary authorization & approval. - Create clear precise customer invoices that show and itemize all parts, labor and lubricants charges - Actively promote the services and benefits of the dealer’s service and parts departments to all customers. - Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time. - Carry out the service delivery to the customers using the VE "Active Service Delivery “process. - To check the customers’ vehicle conditions prior to delivery. - To provide an opportunity to customer to inspect the replaced parts. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Quarterly bonus - Yearly bonus **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Ability to Commute: - Bidadi, Karnataka (required) Ability to Relocate: - Bidadi, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 9900035831
