We are creating a “Venture Studio” for Digital Health - **an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies** from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in healthcare.

Distinct from the venture capital and accelerator approach, our **venture studio will be closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business**.

**Position**:UI/UX Designer, Talent Augmentation & Product Engineering Company (Stealth)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated UI/UX Designer for one of our portfolio companies that is building **talent augmentation & product engineering solutions for digital health companies globally**. As part of this venture, we will be creating a first-of-its-kind HealthTech Delivery Centre to provide exceptional talent and IT services to our global clients.

The UI/UX Designer’s responsibilities encompass building UI/UX for revolutionary products for digital health companies. This will include **working closely with clients**, **requirement gathering, creating wireframes, user journeys, designs and quality assessments.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Design Delivery**
- Translate client’s customer journey ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes
- Build product design vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and tesitng
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions around client’s business goals
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features

**Client and Stakeholder Management**
- Work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design delightful user experiences
- Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients effectively
- Work in a team setting to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications
- Be the design evangelist for other team members & stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of end to end UI/ UX design lifecycle management experience
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must
- Experience with basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
- Passionate about resolving user pain points through great design and being open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
