**Responsibilities**:
1. **Healthcare Services**:

- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of injuries or illnesses within the manufacturing plant.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings, including blood pressure checks, vision tests, and other relevant examinations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all employees treated at the OHC.

2. **Occupational Health**:

- Collaborate with the company's health and safety team to monitor workplace hazards and provide recommendations for prevention.
- Assist in the development and implementation of health promotion programs, immunization campaigns, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct pre-employment medical examinations and health assessments for new employees.
- Monitor and manage workplace injuries and illnesses, including follow-up care and rehabilitation plans.

3. **Health Education**:

- Provide health education and counseling to employees on topics such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall well-being.
- Promote awareness of common health issues and preventive measures within the workforce.

4. **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, physiotherapists, and counselors, to provide comprehensive healthcare services.
- Prepare regular reports on the health status of employees, workplace incidents, and healthcare utilization within the OHC.
- Assist in maintaining OHC policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Previous experience in occupational health nursing or relevant healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to assess and respond to medical emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
