As a Nutritionist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting health and wellness by providing expert advice on dietary habits and nutrition. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Nutritional Assessment**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' dietary habits, health goals, and medical history to determine their nutritional needs.
- Utilize various tools and methods such as dietary recall, food frequency questionnaires, and body composition analysis to gather relevant information.
- **Personalized Dietary Planning**:

- Develop customized nutrition plans tailored to individuals' specific goals, dietary preferences, and medical conditions.
- Calculate nutrient requirements and create balanced meal plans that meet recommended dietary allowances (RDAs) and dietary guidelines.
- **Nutrition Counseling**:

- Provide one-on-one or group counseling sessions to educate clients on the importance of nutrition and its impact on health.
- Offer guidance on portion control, meal timing, food preparation methods, and strategies for overcoming barriers to healthy eating.
- **Health Promotion and Education**:

- Conduct workshops, seminars, and educational sessions to raise awareness about the importance of nutrition and its role in preventing chronic diseases.
- Create educational materials such as pamphlets, handouts, and online resources to disseminate evidence-based nutrition information.

**Qualifications**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
