**Responsibilities:

- **

**Operations Management**:Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets within the resort, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each outlet.
Monitor and manage inventory, including food and beverage supplies.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

**Staff Management**:Recruit, hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, chefs, and kitchen staff.
Schedule and manage staff shifts to meet business demands.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and training as needed.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.

**Menu Development and Pricing**:Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to create menus that align with the resort's concept and guest preferences.
Regularly review and update menus to introduce new dishes and adapt to seasonal changes.
Set pricing strategies that balance profitability with guest value perception.

**Guest Satisfaction**:Ensure exceptional customer service by training and motivating staff to exceed guest expectations.
Address guest concerns, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on input.

**Financial Management**:Develop and manage budgets for the food and beverage department.
Monitor expenses, control costs, and maximize revenue through upselling and effective pricing strategies.
Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.

**Event and Banquet Management**:Coordinate with event planners and clients for banquets, conferences, weddings, and special events.
Oversee event setup, service, and cleanup.
Ensure that all event-related details are executed flawlessly.

**Vendor and Supplier Relations**:Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
Monitor the quality of delivered goods and address any issues.

**Compliance and Regulation**:Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and other relevant standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.

**Language:
