We are looking for a female **Tele Callers, CRM Executive & Process Coordinator** to handle customer interactions, follow-up calls, maintain customer relationship data and work process coordination.

**Key Responsibilities for Tele Callers**:

- Make outbound calls to customers
- Handle inbound queries politely and professionally
- Follow ups to the clients

**Key Responsibilities for CRM**:

- Maintain and update customer records in CRM
- Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team
- Provide product information and support customer inquiries
- Follow ups to the clients

**Key Responsibilities for Process Coordinator**:

- Monitor and track ongoing processes to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate between departments to facilitate smooth workflow
- Generate regular reports on process performance.
- Follow ups to the client

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Soft spoken
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or pursuing
- Basic excel, MS-Word, MS- Office and computer knowledge
- Should have 0-1 year work experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
